Visit of the delegation from the Republic of Senegal WULS-SGGW

On October 1st, 2019 delegation from the Republic of Senegal visited WULS-SGGW.

Delegation from the Republic of Senegal icluded among others: Mr Serigne Mbaye Thiama, Minister to Water and Sanitation of the Republic of Senegal, Mr Niokhor Ndour, Director of Managemtn and Planning of Water Resources of the Ministry to Water and Sanitation of the Republic of Senegal, Mr Amadou Dabo, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal in Poland.

Visit at WULS-SGGW, including Water Center of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, was the extension of the educational component of the visit in Poland at the expert seminar on water organised by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Semiar was attended by the representatives of business and higher education, including specilaists from WULS-SGGW (prof. dr hab. Jarosław Chormański, dr Wiesław Ptach, dr. inż. Leszek Hejduk: Education in the field of environmental engineering and water resources). 

During the official prt in the Rectorate delegation was hosted welcomed by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, prof. dr hab. Michał Zasada, representative of the International Relations Office and representative of the Faculty f Civil and Environmental Engineering, prof. dr hab. Jarosław Chormański. Education offer of the university was presented. Particicpants discussed also possibility of organiasing a short-term courses for the employees of the Ministry to Water and Sanitation of the Republic of Senegal.
