Information on the validity of the student ID cards

Information on the validity of student ID cards, doctoral student ID cards and academic teacher ID cards.

In response to questions regarding the validity of the academic ID cards, we would like to inform you that student, doctoral and academic teacher ID cards are valid until November 29.

There is no need to extend the validity of the cards in person.

During the suspension or limitation of the functioning of the university and for 60 days after its completion, student cards and academic teachers' service cards are valid, without the need to confirm their validity.

This provision also applies to ID cards which expired within 30 days preceding the limitation or suspension of the university's functioning.

From May 25, 2020 to September 30, 2020, the university's activity is still limited - in line with regulation of the  Minister of Science and Higher Education of May 21, 2020 on the temporary limitation of the operation of certain entities of the higher education and science system in relation to prevention, counteracting and combating COVID-19
Therefore, there is no obligation to visit the university in person to extend the validity of the ID card. Additionally, we explain that the student mLegitimation (mobile application) is valid during the validity period of the electronic student ID.

The term of the restrictions may change, we encourage you to follow the current announcements on our website.
